Application of RFID Handheld Reader CL702K in Warehouse Inventory and Inspection

In the current rapid development of digitalization, how to use intelligent means to improve inventory management efficiency and reduce operating costs is of vital importance to enterprises. Traditionally, inventory management usually uses barcode labels, manual inventory, etc., but barcodes are easy to copy and not moisture-proof, and there are many kinds of goods. Manual inventory is prone to errors, and it takes too much effort in sorting, searching, and counting goods. The inventory management data and the inbound and outbound data of the traditional management method are not real-time, and it is not convenient for information sharing. Therefore, many existing enterprise inventory management has always been flawed.

If enterprises want to improve these problems, they need to establish a comprehensive and efficient warehouse management system to improve inventory efficiency, thereby improving warehouse turnover and reducing operating capital. Introducing RFID technology into the intelligent management of warehouses, attaching RFID electronic tags to each item, and using RFID handheld readers in the warehouse management of warehouses, which can effectively realize the processes of goods storage, delivery, inventory, etc. Automated collection of relevant data to ensure the speed and accuracy of data acquisition in all aspects of warehouse management.

From the actual application situation: after the goods that have been purchased are labeled with the corresponding RFID tags in the packaging area, the CL702K inputs the corresponding tag ID numbers into the back-end database. The background database management system calculates the corresponding storage location, and then sends the storage instruction to the forklift vehicle system through the network system. The forklift receives the warehousing information, and the staff reads the buried tags in the forklift channel through the handheld reader to store the goods in the corresponding positions as required.

When the goods need to be out of the warehouse or moved, the staff first queries the back-end database for the label information corresponding to the specified goods, and performs the transfer or transfer authorization. After the forklift receives the shipping order, it picks up the goods at the specified location. Then, when the forklift transports the goods through the warehouse entrance and exit, the staff can use the reader to detect and compare the tag read data with the back-end database. If all the authorized tags are exported, the default is passed; if there is an unauthorized tag, the issue is issued. alarm.
