Background:

 Currently the vehicle management of parking yard mainly depends on manual recording, through manual transcribing the identification number at the front of the vehicle sequence number (the car in front of the bar code) registration identification. 


Through the construction of RFID systems, each vehicle bound with unique UHF RFID tag. When accessing to parking and parking spaces, we can effectively track, without human intervention. The system would automatically identify the vehicle within long distances, while recording and storing the state of the vehicle according to the location and time data. It helps achieve automatic tracking management, automatic monitoring, automatic statistics, greatly improving the management efficiency.


Through years of accumulated project experience, Shenzhen Honglu has helped China CITIC Bank, China Construction Bank, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China to achieve automated and intelligent file management.

User Needs

According to customer demand research, it is learned that banks have the following problems in file management: 1. The file workflow is cumbersome and inefficient, and the sorting time is lengthy;
2. The security assurance ability is weak, and the security of the files cannot be effectively guaranteed;
3. The storage order of files is easily disrupted and misplaced;
4. It takes a long time for file verification and review, and the inventory efficiency is low.

Solution

1. Data initialization, data base maintenance, vehicle card binding (using a desktop reader to issue a tag to vehicle associated in the system), parking space and RFID reader/antenna device bound;

2.  the vehicle approach, the new approaching (shift to another parking lot, parking is recommended) and returning the test drive car back into place, and record the time, admission has been initialized vehicle information (special treatment);

3.  vehicle exiting, shift library (move to another parking lot), test drive (temporary exiting), has sold circumstances (unbundling), and record the time;

4.  the vehicle location record, recording the vehicle specific parking information and time (hand-held terminal optional);


5. the moving recording, record the vehicle location and time of moving parking spaces between the last records and

parked;
