RFID Technology to Promote Smart File Management Construction

As one of the key technologies of IoT applications, RFID technology has been widely used in many fields such as industrial automation, commercial automation, traffic control and management, the application of this technology in domestic file management is still in its infancy. Earlier this year, the State Archives passed the acceptance inspection of the archives intelligent warehouse management system based on RFID technology of the archives bureau of Lishui City, Zhejiang Province. The system was appraised as advanced, reasonable and practical.

RFID-based file management systems are very sensitive to environmental factors, so some nuances can affect tag reading efficiency. In the archives room, shelves of iron is the primary factor interfering with RFID signals, if the label attached directly to the iron file entities will significantly affect the read rate. In this regard, Hopeland software R&D personnel has modified several times and testing on the UHF RFID reader parameters and tag chip, so that they match more effectively in order to effectively solve this problem. Considering the problem of signal collision and interference in multiple RFID reader and multi-tag environments, the devices with different types and parameters were compared and tested.

It is understood that the system mainly to achieve the three functions. First, to achieve the orderly storage of file entities. The second is to shorten the file access time-consuming. The last is the file inventory operation standard.
